Beware of Cold Callers in Your Area

We have been informed to make you aware that there are some cold callers going around LS16 targeting the elderly and vulnerable asking to do gardens. Also a loft insulation firm has people out.  Some do not have ID badges.  They might be bonafide but residents have to ring 101, and check the number the caller gives to prove they are okay if they want to let them in, otherwise it is a case of NO THANKS!

Please bring this information to the attention of your friends and neighbours who may not have access to the internet.
