Coffee Mornings – Every Monday

ALL WELCOME!
If you are feeling lonely, want to go and meet up, and have a chat with someone then come along to Coffee Morning and have a bacon sandwich every Monday between 10.00am- 12.00pm at Wayland Croft sheltered Complex. Leeds LS16 8L

So many new people have started to attend and have a good laugh!

A special “thank you” goes out to all those who give their time to others who may be looking to chat with someone and possibly make friends.

All my classes are taught and designed with you in mind. Everyone is different, and no matter what shape, size, age (over 16), ability or fitness level you are at, the classes are suitable for all levels. Informal no frills approach.

If you want to get healthier and tone up from top to toe, come and join me for an hour of fun filled, calorie bursting, body toning class, guaranteed to get your heart pumping, fancy footwork is not required!
