Adel Crag Association recently met with the Supervisor from Glendale and the Environmental Monitoring Officer of West North West Homes Leeds to discuss matters regarding maintenance of the shrubs and shrub beds on Adel Woods, Wayland Approach and Wayland Croft Estates.
Some of you may have noticed that some of the shrubberies have recently been cutback. However, there is still more work to be done which should start W/C 14/03/2011.
This enables time for contracted work to be ongoing and time for the mapping and variations of the new areas identified to be submitted to City Services.
This also gives time for the NMO to address the areas we identified that may need the tenant contacting before any work can be started e.g. height reductions.
We trust this keeps you up to date with matters that may affect you.
If we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
