The Craft Group re-started on 20th April and further sessions are planned 1.30-3.3Opm on Friday afternoons 4th & 18th May, and 1st & 15th June at the OPAL Office. The Keep Fit Group continues on Wednesday mornings, starting at 11am at the Stables, Rita Savage writes ‘I do enjoy going to this group where Camilla leads us through an hour of activity.  We wear non-slip shoes & trousers and tops. Members can sit out some exercises and join in when they feel able to do so. We start with chair-based exercises, followed by 20 minutes of movement to music.’

The next OPAL coach trip is on Monday 28th May to Harlow Carr RHS Garden,Harrogate, 11am-4pm. Some of us plan to take a picnic lunch and explore this 58 acre garden and view the changes including the new Alpine House and Rose Revolution Borders.
