Bird beak fencing recently been erected at the entrance to Adel Woods

bird-beak-fencingBird beak fencing has recently been erected at the entrance to Adel Woods just off Tile Lane.

The fencing has been put in after a recent consultation with local residents. This was done to prevent cars being parked on the grass, and also to assist with traffic congestion, which was making it hazardous for parents and children to walk across the road safely. We would recommend that car owners drive further into the estate to alleviate the congestion at the bad junction of Tile Lane and Sir George Martin Drive, to allow the Fire Rescue & Ambulance Services to gain clear access into the estate.

Adel Crag Association wishes to thank the Outer North West Housing Advisory Panel and the local Housing Office Environmental for the funding.
