Suzi the Parrot has Surrendered

A local resident wishes to give a big “thank you” for everyone who helped capture Suzi the parrot.

The support of people and the kindness of everyone who helped stay sane during the attempted capture of Suzi.

She finally surrendered after several days away from home.  As soon as she saw her owner, flew down to some wheelie bins and held her foot out to climb on its owner.

Suzi was dehydrated, tired and hungry but as soon as she got home she was back to her normal self bossing her boyfriend around who is also a parrot.

Once again, the owner wishes to thank you for all your help and hope’s she didn’t cause too much upset.

Suspicious activity report from the Leeds North Census Manager:  “We had an incident a couple of days ago whereby a member of the public based
in the chapel allerton area received a phone call by someone claiming to be
a census collector (the name he used, John Carter, is not a member of staff
in the Leeds area) and aggressively telling the member of the public to
fill his form in or face a fine. Whilst I don’t have the number that was
used, we were told it was an 0208 number, so originating in London.”
