Yummy Mummy Boot Camp at St Chads Church Fields – 19th September

Hi Ladies,

I’m looking forward to “yummy mummy” Boot Camp tomorrow 09.30 at St Chads Church fields, and hope you will join me for a fantastic workout outside, working with and against the natural elements of Mother Nature!  I am loving this time of year, and working outside come rain or shine is truly liberating.  Besides a fab workout, it’s just a great way to diminish those weekend ‘treat’ calories and cobwebs!

Hope to see some of you tomorrow for a fantastic way to start a wonderful week!!!
