Fly Tipping Incident

We have been asked by a local resident to circulate the following message for awareness.

“On Saturday 10 Sept, my husband went to Adel Wood Stores to buy a paper and he saw, whom he thought were gypsies, pulled up in a van and threw a bag of rubbish onto the pavement. When my husband approached them and told them to pick it, they responded by verbal abuse and swearing at him, leaving the rubbish on Sir George Martin Drive.”

Our advise is should anyone be involved in a similar sitiuation, the best thing that you can do is report the matter to the authorities.

We apologise for the delay in sending out this message which was caused by factors that are beyond our control.

Thank you.
