We have recently been approached by local residents to complain about overgrown shrubs and shrub beds in the above areas.

We took this up with West North West Homes Leeds who have  informed us that the shrubs and shrub beds are to maintained on Adel Woods, Wayland Approach and Wayland Croft Estates shortly.
