Please see below for the past seven days crime in Adel and Wharfedale Ward received from PC Karina Ingham;
On the afternoon of the 11th September a vehicle was broken in to at Golden Acre car park and a handbag was stolen from inside.
Between the 10th and 13th September there was an attempt burglary at Adel Lane. The suspects approached a rear patio door and snapped the euro profile lock, internal locks prevented any further entry. They then tried to force a window open which activated the alarm and the suspects made off.
Overnight 12th-13th a burglary occurred at Cookridge Avenue where the suspects forced open a garage door. It is not believed anything was stolen from the garage.
At around 2350 hours 14th September a resident of The Beeches, Pool disturbed suspects breaking in to their garage, the suspects made off.
Overnight 14th-15th September there was a theft from a motor vehicle on Holt Avenue, Adel where the suspect smashed a window and stole a bag and its contents.
Overnight 14th-15Th September a burglary occurred to a garage at Arthington Lane, Pool where the suspects also broke in to the complainants vehicle.
